Liané Mitchell, B.S., NRP, FP-C, CCP, is a certified flight paramedic with the IBSC and critical care paramedic with TN and KY, with over 18 years of frontline experience as a first responder. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Advanced Paramedicine and serves as an AHA instructor for BLS, ACLS, and PALS. With her passion for education, she is the CEO and co-founder of Feral Pagans, LLC, a company focused on first responder training, mental health awareness, and self-care. She specializes in helping first responders better understand and manage neurodiverse patients, focusing on practical strategies that reduce escalation and improve outcomes in the field. Her passion for this comes from first-hand experience, having a child on the spectrum and witnessing the need for ASD education among first responders.
